Cancellation Policy

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING ! **Deposit required (Non-refundable)** NON-REFUNDABLE Deposit Is due at the time of booking and will go towards your service. Remaining amount can be paid in CASH ONLY. If you are not able to make your appointment, please let Lo know 24 hrs prior to your appointment for rescheduling or cancellations. We will reschedule based upon my availability. All Early Morning/ Late Night Appointments & same day appointments are required to pay an extra $20. If you are going to be late please call and let me know! Your appointment can be rescheduled up to one time .If client for any reason has to reschedule their appointment ,the full price for the service must be paid and will be (Non-Refundable).*LATE FEES* There is a 5 minute grace period, anything after that, there will be a 15 dollar late fee . After 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled. **CLIENT CANCELLATIONS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED* *NO CALL//NO SHOWS RESULT IN NO OPPORTUNITY FOR FUTURE APPOINTMENTS & will be charged *
